And you have to take advantage of it even before going to work!

Whether you like it or not, knowing how to take advantage of the early hours of the morning is one of the keys to success.

Indeed, waking up early is the common trait of the greatest business leaders, many politicians and other influential people in the world.

Barack Obama got up at 5 a.m., Steve Jobs, at 4 a.m. and Robert Iger (CEO of Disney) wakes up every morning at 4:30 a.m.

Here are the 5 morning rituals of successful people:

1. Exercise before going to work

Did you know that most people who exercise everyday do it early in the morning?

Whether it's a yoga session or a cardio workout in the gym, the health benefits are the same.

Indeed, practicing physical activity before work will give you an energy boost for the day as well as a well-deserved sense of accomplishment.

Normal, because after a good morning session of abs, tackling a stack of paperwork immediately seems much easier.

Another advantage: after a long day of work, we sometimes tend to dry the evening sports session ...

But if it's the first thing you do before going to work, it becomes impossible to skip the session sport !

But maybe you’re not 100% motivated to put on sneakers at 5 a.m.?

So just try to wake up 15 minutes early to do some exercise at home.

15 minutes of physical activity or a stretching session is more than enough to stimulate your body and motivate you for your day.

And you don't even have to buy equipment to do exercises at home.

2. Plan your day

To maximize your effectiveness over the next day, plan your morning schedule.

It also means listing the top 5 goals for the day and the tasks you need to accomplish.

The morning is the perfect time to plan, as it is one of the few quiet times of the day.

Thus, integrating and prioritizing your different activities in your agenda becomes much easier, because you can think calmly and without interruption.

Also think about your mental well-being when planning your day.

For example, after a stressful meeting, allow 10 minutes to stretch your legs or do a little meditation in your office.

And if you are monitoring your diet or budget, mark the time needed to prepare healthy meals the day before in your calendar.

Like that the next day at noon, instead of going to eat at the restaurant, you can take your lunch with you to work.

It's better for your health and you also save!

3. Eat a healthy breakfast

Everyone knows the unpleasant feeling of going to work with only coffee in the stomach ...

Shortly after, we find ourselves sitting at our desk seriously thinking about going to buy a pastry at the local bakery.

Instead, take a few minutes in the morning to eat a balanced breakfast.

It is essential to provide your body with the energy it needs and thus accomplish the tasks and objectives of the day.

This will allow you to better focus on your activities ... and not on your gargoyle belly! Breakfast is not only good for your health, it is also an opportunity to have a good time with your loved ones.

While you eat your breakfast, take the time to chat for 5 minutes with your children, your partner or your companion.

You'll see, that's all you need to get in a good mood before you go to work.

4. Think positively about the day ahead

Nowadays, we are constantly getting advice on what to do and what not to do to be in good physical health.

But we too often forget to talk about our mental well-being too.

However, the morning is an ideal time for reflection and introspection.

So take advantage of the calm of the first light to visualize and mentalize the day to come.

Focus especially on the positive things and the successes you could achieve during the day.

Know that it only takes one minute of positive visualization to instantly improve your mood.

This simple and effective exercise will also give you the motivation you need to meet your goals for the day.

5. Do the complicated things first

We all have a complicated thing on our to-do list.

Something that obsesses us, that stresses us, but that we keep putting off ...

Until the day that we end up getting started after far too much procrastination!

Here's a tip that will make your life easier: do the most complicated thing first and as quickly as possible.

Why ? Because it is in the morning that you have the most energy, and that you are most willing to resolve difficult situations.

So instead of putting all that stress off, you're going to feel free and be able to cross it off your to-do list in the morning!

The big advantage of this method is that the rest of the day becomes easier, not the other way around!

As a result, at the end of your working day, you will be able to ease off by performing easier tasks.

The transition to your evening activities after work will be smooth and stress-free.

No more running to go to the dance class or pick up the kids from school!

With that, I wish you all the best success possible.
