Follow This Daily Routine To Be Happy

Everyone wants to be happy. 

But for that, do not bother to buy a new expensive bag ... ... or to crack on a big TV that costs an arm!

It is the little things of everyday life that make it possible to access happiness. 

And, as my grandmother used to say, we do not need much to be happy! 

What is fundamental is having a balanced routine that improves your life.

Here is definitely the best routine you can follow to be happy.

After waking up

1. Get up early in the morning.

2. Do some exercise or go for a walk.

3. Eat seasonal fruits.

4. Write a list of 10 things you are grateful for.

5. Make a list of the 5 things you need to do in the day.

During the day

6. Give a sincere compliment to someone.

7. If someone starts telling you gossip, change the subject.

8. Store your desk.

9. Finish your work on time.

10. Help someone do something.

After work

11. Enjoy a hobby for 30 minutes.

12. Clean the house for 20 minutes.

13. Watch TV but not more than an hour.

14. Read a book for at least 30 minutes.

15. Go to bed before 22:30.


And now, by following this daily routine, you will be able to be happier tomorrow. 

Easy, fast and efficient, is not it?
